We aim to be a club recognized for providing programming of the highest quality across all age groups and playing levels, and for consistently developing highly skillful and intelligent players capable of competing at the highest levels of the game.

Everyone matters at FGS United and we conduct ourselves with respect no matter the role, on and off the pitch.

FGS United will set the bar high and strive to deliver and perform to our best. We expect players to make every effort to develop their own sporting ability – skill, technique, tactical knowledge, and stamina.

FGS United delivers comprehensive programs emphasizing maximum development of skills, game awareness, physical literacy, building team relationships and interpersonal skills. We teach life lessons that will foster excellent social, physical, and academic performance throughout life.

FGS United employs cutting-edge applications to communicate with parents and players promptly and conveniently, constantly share resources (ie. game film, formations, inspirational messages or sports stories), and build stronger relationships.

FGS United will train and hire coaches of personal integrity and strong coaching ability who believe in the FGSU approach and provide a fulfilling soccer experience for both recreational and competitive players. Our coaches genuinely love the game and they are dedicated to mentoring the next generation. 

FGS United believes in transparent, efficient, and parent-friendly business practices. We are parents and players too, and our coaching team is in constant collaboration to ensure all players feel supported.

Team sports can have a monumental effect on the development of a young athlete, and we teach the importance of positively working as a team through success and adversity.

I wanted to thank you for running such an incredible program. It is very clear to me that <Player>’s love for soccer, which has been fostered by her experience at FGS, has become one of her defining features. As her mother I am so grateful for the healthy confidence that has resulted from that. I also find her animated discussions about Pele vs Maradona (both well before her time) just as entertaining as her indignation about the boys in school not knowing the names of female players. 

I just wanted to send you a big thank you for today’s session.  What you’ve put together today truly was above and beyond. <Player> really feels like she’s part of something special and that her personal development matters to you. The way all the coaches care about these girls is something you don’t come across everyday. Thank you all for your commitment to them both personally and professionally!

My daughter has come home every night tired from all the hard work the coaches had her do out on the pitch, but also buzzing with excitement about all the things she’s learned each day. Despite playing for an academy team for the past three years, I’ve never heard her talk so enthusiastically and intelligently about soccer. The coaches seem to have made a huge impression on her… She seems to have been encouraged by the coaches and the other players to be more assertive in her game.

We can’t thank you enough! It’s the only camp my daughter actually enjoys going to. The coaching staff is top notch and the girls are very lucky to have the opportunity to spend a week with you ladies. It’s been refreshing to see her enjoying the game again.

Wanted to take a minute and say thanks for a great season. It has been nothing but organized and professional and it has been great watching all the girls develop their skills. You are running a great show!

I just wanted to say my daughter loves your development program so much, it challenges her while she’s having fun and it is by far the best girls program I’ve came across. She doesn’t stop asking me all week if it’s the girls practice yet.
