OSA Long Term Player Development Guidelines & Coerver Coaching the No. 1 Training Method in the world

The Program

  • Elite level training sessions led by Michele Houchen (former CWNT player, Provincial B License-20 yrs’ experience coaching female soccer players to the highest levels)
  • Elite level training sessions led by Heather McDougall (former NCAA player, Provincial B License-10+yrs’ experience coaching female soccer players)
  • Elite level goalkeeper sessions led by Justine Bernier (former CWNT goalkeeper professional goalkeeper in Norway & Sweden, founder JBGK Academy)
  • Player Education seminars from certified physiotherapists and nutritionists via Sheddon Physiotherapy
  • Indoor game schedule at the Hangar(Oct-April) and Summer Tournament play (May-September)
  • 2 memorable events for U11 and U12 teams
  • 2-3 training sessions per week
  • Minimum roster size-maximum playing time

The 2016 program is available to girls born in U10-U11 (2007-2006)

The 2017 program will expand to four age groups: U10-U12 (2006-2008)

The first observation for the 2017/2018 season will be August 27th....
